Still-Born
Still-Born formed in 2004 in West Jordan, UT. and immediately fused different musical genres. Our death blues sound transformed over the years to what we now refer to as Alterna- Core (a fusion of old school Nirvana-esque alternative and more modern hard-core and metal).
The name Still-Born is completely open to interpretation but was originally chosen by the founding members of the band as a representation of our generation and the lack of respect that we feel is afforded us. "We may be dead to you, but we were Still-Born."
Still-Born's influences come from a wide array of musical styles and different spectrums of entertainers, such as; Mudvayne, Pantera, Static-X, Black Sabbath, Led Zepplin, Nirvana, Story of the year, I.C.P., Johnny Cash, and many others in all areas of the music industry.
We enjoy making music and consider it an honor and priveledge to entertain people. Our music is a deeply personal expression of who and what we are and we welcome the opportunity to share it with as many people as possible.
