The Portland Trail Blazers use Mozes to help increase sales through engaging in-venue promotions, while capturing valuable fan data, such as mobile numbers and email addresses, to create re-marketing opportunities.

Solution
Mozes powers in-venue promotions for fans to text to receive mobile coupons good for discounts on Trail Blazers merchandise. Interested fans reply with their email address and opt-in to the Trail Blazers mobile list to receive their discount code. They are then invited to join the Blazers online community. Through Mozes API integration, every mobile fan interaction, and all fan data, is seamlessly integrated with the Trail Blazer’s CRM system. The Trail Blazers also utilize Mozes' social media integration tool to promote their contests directly to Facebook and Twitter, increasing awareness and tracking the analytics of their mobile activities.
