Web Producer (part-time contractor)
Mozes (www.mozes.com) is seeking a part-time contractor to help our marketing team with ongoing website design and development needs. The needs range from very basic (copy updates and changes) to moderate (navigation updates, building new pages). The work is primarily production-related, though solid design skills are a plus. This also an opportunity to get your foot in the door on future (larger) web projects, including redesigns.
Skills
- Semantic, hand-written HTML
- Solid cross-browser CSS (we support Yahoo A-grade browsers)
- Web graphics production w/ Photoshop, Fireworks, or equivalent
- Basic PHP skills for static web development
- Experience with version control tools such as SVN or CVS
- Basic JavaScript or Flash skills are a plus
What You'll Do
- Report to Mozes marketing team
- Make ongoing copy changes as directed by marketing needs
- Produce web graphics and build out updated navigation menus, etc.
- Own the codebase, and the publication process through SVN. Interface with engineering team as needed.

Minimum of 20 hours a week performing the following:
- Level 1/2 support of marketer and participant issues and inquiries
- Handling of issues through the general support mailbox
- Responsible for voicemails through Mozes’ toll free support number
- Working directly with self service account users to resolve billing issues
- Reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues as necessary
- Triage incoming issues as appropriate
- Escalate issues to others as required
- Create and maintain knowledgebase of commonly asked questions from both marketers and participants
- Train/guide customers on using various tools on Mozes platform
- Assist in testing of Mozes platform functionalities as required
