Responsibilities
As a member of the executive staff, this position is responsible for leading an organization that creates and maintains an exceptional experience for Mozes' customers; ensuring they are meeting their mobile marketing and consumer engagement objectives by providing them with a range of services including
- Strategic consulting services: helping them understand what really works in the mobile environment and how to incorporate mobile into their existing marketing programs while also providing data and analytics to help them understand the value they are getting from their investment
- Client Services: Ensuring that activations and training on the Mozes service are performed on-time and in-scope, expertly handling escalated or sensitive customer issues and being the day to day go-to resource for our most important customers
- Support Services: Providing efficient and timely response to support issues from both consumers and marketers, as well as developing and implementing training programs
The VP, Customer Success will also develop and implement strategies to scale the Customer Success organization to handle a rapidly expanding customer base in multiple markets, including music, sports, entertainment, brands, retailers and advertisers.
We are looking for someone who can build, direct and oversee a world-class customer success team within a fast-paced start-up environment. You'll champion the voice of the customer, influencing the way our products and services are delivered to improve the customer experience. You'll use your understanding of marketing methodologies to guide our customers as to how to make the most of our mobile marketing platform. You'll leverage your strong business acumen and passion for excellence to collaborate with functional leaders and the leadership team at Mozes to help grow and develop the company.
In addition, successful candidates will:
- Be able to quickly understand client business and marketing objectives and work as an advisor to the client in all aspects of Mozes activation and usage
- Get personal satisfaction from turning a customer issue into an opportunity to be an even better business partner and trusted advisor to them
- Actively attract, recruit, hire and retain great people for client services, service and support and strategic consulting positions
- Define success metrics across the CS organization, monitoring the impact on our business as well as customer satisfaction
- You will also participate in related customer and business projects as assigned
Criteria
- A bachelor's degree and 10+ years total related experience
- 7 yrs experience managing client/partner advertising/marketing campaigns
- Prior experience with high profile brands/retailers
- Experience with mobile marketing/advertising a plus
- Demonstrated track record in building and leading account management, professional services and/or customer support functions for internet based products and services, ideally those used by marketing professionals
- Experience in "owning" the implementation and activation process from needs definition through to customer support, preferably in a SaaS model
- Balance a hands-on role on several key accounts with the strategic responsibility of setting the client services group's direction and pursuing new business opportunities
- Ability to define and implement a process to enhance product features and functionality in response to customer needs
- An unwavering focus on quality and clarity of the user experience, and proven ability to maximize customer satisfaction
- Be a dynamic team leader, strong communicator and proactive decision maker within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Build and lead infrastructure team
- Define operational requirements by participating early on in the product life cycle
- Design and manage repeatable hardware and software deployments for development, QA and production
- Develop software release procedures with QA and operations teams
- Develop application monitoring and admin tools
- Manage database server deployment and replication
Other Requirements
- 5-10 years experience with systems infrastructure

Lead User Experience Designer - Req# P-0024
As the ideal candidate you have the skills to design multimodal user experiences that combine text, voice, and Web interaction. You will learn quickly from reviewing product goals, analysis of the existing user experience, and usability testing. You will internalize the product vision and roadmap and will develop a clear plan to advance the user experience as a key driver of building a wildly successful business.
Responsibilities
- Lead research efforts to clearly identify and prioritize product needs
- Define information architecture, encompassing user goals and product capabilities
- Design and refine easy, efficient, and delightful user experiences across the Web (HTML, AJAX) interactive text (SMS, IM), voice (IVR), and mobile web (WAP, iPhone)
- Own the design process and tool selection: flowcharting, rapid prototyping, usability testing, and iteration
- Drive projects from product objectives to task breakdowns to schedules to hit market-driven delivery dates
Experience
- Passion for world-class usability and engaging design
- Ability to engage in a creative, collaborative design process with cross functional product teams
- Desire to "get it right" drives you just as much as "getting it done"
- Foresight to design for today but with the ultimate experience in mind
