What is Mozes?
Mozes lets you send and receive exclusive mobile content to and from your favorite bands, friends and social groups using your mobile phone and your free Mozes account on Mozes.com.
Who can use it?
Everyone! Whether you're a fan, band, campus organization, a brand etc., you can send and receive all sorts of mobile messages, such as ringtones, wallpapers trivia questions and photos to and from your favorite bands, friends and social groups.
How much does it cost?
It's free! Mozes is free to individual users. Standard text message rates apply from your carrier. We recommend a flat rate text plan if you don't have one.
Is my phone number safe?
Yes! Mozes is spam-free. We will not share your email or mobile number with anyone without your explicit permission. Check out privacy policy.
Why use Mozes?
Where to begin? You can search your favorite bands and explore new ones. You can join a band's mob or your friend's mob to send and receive messages via your mobile phone or the Web. Do you have something to say? Build your own mob and get your message out.
What mobile devices does Mozes support?
You can access Mozes with any mobile phone that has text messaging capabilities (except those with prepaid accounts).
What countries can I find Mozes in?
Right now we're in the US and Canada. Canadian customers can receive text updates only. Apologies to our international friends.
What's a Keyword?
Your keyword is your unique ticket to sharing mobile messages with your friends and favorite bands. It's unique and you can add your own profile information to your keyword. When people text your keyword to 66937 (mozes), they can opt-in to join your mob (mobile list) and receive exclusive mobile content from you.
What's a Mobile card?
With Mozes, your profile is mobile –- it's on a mobile card. Everyone using Mozes gets their own free mobile card with information about their favorite websites and social networks. Create your card and check out the mobile cards of your favorite bands and friends.
What's a Mob?
A mob is a group of people that can receive mobile messages from a band or a person. Build your own mob by inviting your friends to join you on Mozes. Or, browse around the site and join the mobs of your favorite bands. You'll get access to free, exclusive content!
How do I create a keyword?
Go to our marketing site at Mozes Connect and create a new account. When you complete registration, you'll see the option to "Get a Keyword". Click on that button to get your own Mozes keyword.
How do I activate my mobile phone?
From the mobile phone you signed up with, text GO to 66937.
Can everyone see my profile card?
Everyone can see your card. Edit your profile card by clicking "Edit Card" on your "My Stuff" page and updating your information. Remember to click "Save"!
What's a Mob?
Your mob is your mobile network. Send exclusive content to your mob. Being a member of a mob lets you receive exclusive mobile content. You can share Mozes with others and invite friends to join your mob so that they can receive messages from you. You can send messages to individuals in your mob, groups within your mob, or your entire mob from your phone or from your personalized Mozes page. Your mob is a great resource to ask a group question, share stuff, send a vote or a poll, or alert a bunch of your friends all at once.
How do I join someone's mob?
You can join someone's mob three ways.
Once you join someone's mob, you can click "Leave the Mob" on the top, right-hand side of their profile card. You can also reply "STOP" at a mob message you receive to remove yourself from that particular mob. Simple as pie.
As a mob member, can I receive messages anytime?
Yes. Being a member of a mob means you receive messages as they are sent by the user. You can set quiet hours by clicking "Settings" on the top, right-hand side of the page and selecting the time period during which you do not wish to receive messages. When your quiet hours end, you'll get the messages you missed.
I joined a band's mob, what does that mean?
Cool. That means you will automatically receive messages from them like tour dates, exclusive offers, alerts, downloads and more.
How do I download a ringtone or a wallpaper?
If you would like a ringtone offered by a band or artist, join their mob by texting their keyword to 66937. Reply with 'Y' to the message sent to your phone to join the mob. Login to your free Mozes account online and a message from that band or artist will be waiting in your account. In the message online, click on the link titled 'Send to phone.' A link to the ringtone or wallpaper will be sent to your phone. This may take a few seconds. Click on or select the link. Once your phone has downloaded the MP3 ringtone or the wallpaper, you can select it as your ringtone or your phone's display image, respectively! Some phones do not accept ringtones or wallpaper links. Contact support@mozes.com if you have a problem.
I have followed the steps to downloading a ringtone/wallpaper, so why am I still having trouble?
Some phones may not support or be able to receive messages other than standard text. Check with your service provider and/or phone manufacturer to find out your phone's features.
How do I send notes to myself from my mobile phone?
Send reminders to yourself by texting @ followed by your phone number then your note, as in "@16505551234 message", to 66937. Your note will be sent to your personalized Mozes page to remind you the next time you log in.

- You can be invited to join someone's mob. You’ll receive a message inviting you to join their mob on your phone. Join by replying with 'Y' to their invite.
- If you know someone's keyword, you can text it to 66937 and you will be given the option to join their mob from your phone or from your personalized Mozes page.
