What is Mozes?
Mozes is a leader in mobile engagement, used everyday by some of the world’s best-loved bands, brands, teams and organizations to build relationships with their fans through the mobile phone.

Mozes helps our marketing partners in three ways:

  • By providing Mozes Connect, a self-service web platform to create, deliver and analyze the effectiveness of mobile marketing campaigns
  • By providing in-venue services for live events, conferences and tours
  • By providing strategic services that help our marketing partners to execute their mobile engagement strategy

What is a keyword?
You choose a keyword (your mobile alias) when you sign up for a Mozes Connect account in order to begin creating mobile marketing campaigns. Your fans or consumers then text your keyword to the Mozes shortcode, 66937, to join your mobile list. They can also join your mobile list online via your Mozes homepage (www.mozes.com/yourkeyword); via a Mozes widget you can embed on your website(s), or by calling your Mozes voice line, if you have one.

Anyone who wants to reach their audience via the mobile phone. Whether you’re an indie band, a house of worship, a club, a professional sports team, a major label, or a national brand name, Mozes offers you the best solution for effective mobile engagement.

Do the numbers I acquire belong to me?
Yes. Our Terms of Service require that you notify fans if you leave the Mozes service, but the numbers you acquire are yours and we will not message your mobile list except on your behalf.

Who can send my mobile members messages?
Mozes is spam-free. The numbers you acquire belong to you and your mobile members will only receive the messages that you send them.

What mobile devices does Mozes support?
You can access Mozes with any mobile phone that has text messaging capabilities, except for phone using prepaid messaging accounts.

In what countries can I find Mozes?
We’re currently available in the US and Canada. Canadian customers can receive text updates only. Contact a Mozes sales representative in regards to coverage in Europe and beyond

Do I have to use the Mozes shortcode (66937)?
Mozes campaigns utilize the 66937 shortcode, which spells Mozes. This lets your audience know they’re receiving a safe and consistent message from Mozes. Some of our larger customers do operate the Mozes Service using a different shortcode. For more information about this option, please contact a Mozes sales representative.

Can I have more than one keyword?
Yes. Depending on the Mozes Connect edition you use, you may run multiple campaigns, using multiple keywords.

What's the advantage of my mob members seeing the Mozes brand when I send them messages?
Mozes is a branded service, which guarantees a permission-based, spam-free mobile experience. Your audience will identify the Mozes brand as safe and consistent, which results in improved conversion and more effective campaigns for you, the marketer. Furthermore, if any of your audience is having issues with the service, he or she will know who to contact for support, leading to greater consumer protection for fans and one less layer of support required for you.

Do my mobile list members have to go to Mozes.com to us the service?
No. There are many ways for your members to join your mobile list and interact with you without ever going to Mozes.com. However, if your members sign up for a free My Mozes account, they can download content from their phone and pick it up online in their account. My Mozes also allows members to create their own Mozes profile where they can share more of their interests and demographic information.
